What a weekend! The energy at COMMOTION 2025 was absolutely electric. ⚡ An incredible group of young musicians came together with some of Aotearoa's leading artists and industry pros in Nelson/Whakatū for our best biannual event yet.
The whole weekend was a massive buzz of creativity and collaboration, with new bands forming in the jam rooms and original tracks taking shape in the recording studios. Everyone dived deep into everything from songwriting and music producing to stage presence and music biz know-how.
Talented rangatahi took to a professional stage, sharing their original music with an amazing, supportive audience. The future of NZ music is looking bright! ✨
